A place to improve.
One conversation at a time.
Improve how you handle conversations that matter.
A OneWoven Technologies brand
Casewoven is a practice space for difficult conversations. Choose a quick rewrite, an unfolding conversation or a perspective exercise. Practise the words you would use, identify what needs checking and consider a next action. Open scene records on the evidence desk, pin the ones you want to keep, and follow the exchange as it unfolds. Scene-specific guidance and example replies help you reconsider your approach. Each mode ends with a fact challenge and a final reply you can revise. Compare your first and final wording with additions and removals highlighted.
Choose from five free situations across customer and workplace conversations. Practise as a colleague, team leader or manager, with the same Say. Check. Do. method across both collections.
Our ambition
A world-leading education centre.
We are building Casewoven as a place where people come to learn through practice, reflection and application. Our ambition is to set a world-class standard for clear teaching, engaging exercises and learning people can put to work.
Customer conversations and teamwork are our first two collections. The wider vision is an education centre that grows across subjects, with each collection built around a clear purpose and meaningful practice.

How our scenarios work
Casewoven’s original fictional scenarios are prepared by OneWoven. Each brings together a person’s message, the available facts, important unknowns and a practical next step.
Choose a quick rewrite, follow a conversation as the situation develops, or explore the other person’s perspective. Compare your wording with alternative approaches and use Say. Check. Do. to structure your reflection.
The records define the facts within each scene. Several communication approaches may fit. Authored reactions give you different responses to rehearse, and fact-check challenges explain which claims the scene supports.
Accounts and course progress
Signing in identifies your learner account. Active enrolment is checked on the server before private course lessons are delivered. A course review marker records your account identifier, course, lesson and review time so it can appear across devices. Course writing remains in page memory and is not saved. A review marker is a study record, not an assessed qualification. Contact theonewoven@gmail.com for account or learning-record enquiries.
Your practice space
Explore original fictional scenarios, compare possible replies and use the self-review prompts to decide what you would keep or change. Fact-check challenges explain the evidence behind a claim. Revisit a situation in another mode to practise a different part of the conversation.
Drafts, practice choices, reflections and practice-completion markers remain in this page’s memory and disappear when you reload or close it. The practice does not submit them to a server. Scenario sharing copies a link without your writing. Keep real people’s private details and confidential work information out of your drafts. Sound preferences may be kept for the browser session; voice availability depends on your browser.
Sound is optional. Narration reads published scene text using voices provided by your browser. Voice provision and processing depend on the browser. Your replies are not passed to the reader. Spoken rehearsal can be done without a microphone. Optional record-and-replay asks for microphone access; recordings stay in page memory, are not uploaded, and are deleted when you change practice step, leave the situation or reload. Recording stops after two minutes or when the tab is hidden. Voice is not transcribed or assessed. Contact us if you spot a mistake or want to raise a content concern.
